Meet Sharitta,

Supreme Villain

A strategist, speaker, and system-builder who helps Black women stop surviving and start choosing themselves without apology. As the founder and Lead Villain Instructor of The Sisterhood of Villains, she teaches what she lives: that choosing what’s right for yourself will sometimes make you the villain in someone else’s story but it’s the only way to become the hero in your own. Before creating this movement, Sharitta built a career helping organizations stop performing DEI and start doing it. Now she builds something far more powerful, spaces where Black women can rest, rage, and rise without needing permission. Her work isn’t about rebellion for rebellion’s sake. It’s about reclamation. She reminds every Black woman who enters her orbit: you deserve to be first.
